ISO3834 welding system certification aims at the special process of welding, which requires enterprises to combine design, process, production and quality assurance to form a mature system together, so as to ensure the final quality requirements of products. ISO3834 certification is based on ISO9001, combined with the actual application conditions of welding, describes the welding quality requirements that should be included in the welding quality system.
ISO3834 consists of three parts:
The first part is the selection criteria of the corresponding quality requirement level, i.e. according to the product standards, specifications, rules or contracts, ISO 3834-2, ISO 3834-3 or ISO 3834-4 are selected for the quality requirement level.
The second part is the quality requirements of different grades, which are: ISO 3834-2 complete quality requirements, ISO 3834-3 standard quality requirements, ISO 3834-4 basic quality requirements. Among them, when the manufacturer meets a specific quality level (such as ISO 3834-2), it can be seen that it also meets all lower quality level requirements (such as ISO 3834-3 or ISO 3834-4) without further verification.
The third part is the documents needed to meet the quality requirements of each part, that is, the documents needed to confirm the quality requirements of iso3834-2, iso3834-3 or iso3834-4.
