GB / t27922 commodity after-sales service evaluation system certification is a service certification category, and "service certification certificate" is issued. The standard of evaluation system for after sale service of goods (GB / t27922) is a standard of evaluation nature, and the purpose of certification is to evaluate excellence. The result of certification is to prove that the enterprise has implemented after-sales service according to the standard and reached a certain height (star level). It is applicable to the evaluation of after-sales service level of production-oriented enterprises and sales service-oriented enterprises within the territory of the people's Republic of China. The purpose of establishing this system is to objectively reflect the actual situation of the after-sale service work of enterprises in China, accurately measure the actual level of the after-sale service of enterprises, find and overcome the deficiencies in the after-sale service work, and promote the improvement of the after-sale service work of enterprises.



As long as the enterprises are legally operated in the people's Republic of China, they can apply for certification, including enterprises manufacturing tangible goods, enterprises selling tangible goods and enterprises providing intangible goods (services).
Goods are products that enter the consumption field. Besides tangible products, commodities also include intangible services. Industrial and consumer goods are commodities.
Tangible goods have appearance form, internal quality and promotion elements, such as quality, packaging, brand, shape, style, color, culture, etc.
Intangible goods include services and technical services, such as financial services, accounting services, marketing planning, creative design, management consulting, legal consulting, program design, etc. Intangible goods generally occur with tangible goods, but also with tangible infrastructure, such as air services, hotel services, beauty services, etc.
Therefore, all production, trade and service enterprises with independent legal person status can apply for certification.



1. Certification application, including a description of the service provision activities of the application organization;
2. Copies of legal status certificates (including business license, legal person certificate of public institutions, registration certificate of social organizations, registration certificate of non enterprise legal person, establishment documents of Party and government organs, etc.).
3. If the service covers activities in multiple places, a copy of the legal status certificate of each place shall be attached (when applicable);
4. Copy of organization code certificate (three certificates in one are not required);
5. Copies of administrative license, qualification certificate, compulsory certification certificate, etc. required by laws and regulations involved in the activities covered by the service;
6. Multi site activities and subcontracting of activities;
7. Service manual and necessary procedure documents;
8. A statement that the service has been in effective operation for a certain period of time;
9. Scope of application for certification;
10. The applicant agrees to comply with the service certification requirements and provide the information required for the review;
11. Profile of the party under review, including the nature, name, address, legal status and relevant human and technical resources of the organization;
12. General information about the services and activities of the auditee;
13. A description of the standards or other references applicable to the services to be certified;
14. Other necessary documents related to certification review.
