Notice on holding "service certification examiner training"

All relevant units:
In order to actively promote the development of service certification, China Certification and Accreditation Association (CCAA) has formulated and issued service certification examiner registration criteria and service certification examiner training program. In order to meet the needs of all sectors of society and promote the rapid development of China's service certification industry, etisui testing certification (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as ATC) held the "training course on general knowledge of service certification inspectors and professional knowledge of after-sales service of goods". The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

1、 Trainees

The person in charge of service review work of various certification bodies, enterprises and institutions or the relevant personnel who are willing to become CCAA national registration examiner.

2、 Training content

General knowledge: development trend of service industry; service and related theory and technology; service related laws and regulations and other requirements; service certification technology; China's service certification and accreditation system and service certification examiner management.
Professional knowledge of commodity after-sale service certification: understanding, implementation and audit points of GB / T 27922-2011 standard.

3、 Training teachers

It is taught by senior teachers with rich teaching experience and review experience confirmed by CCAA.

4、 Training time and place

Training time: April 14, 2019
Training place for after-sales service: room 208, building 3, no.1500 Beisong Road, Minhang District, Shanghai

5、 Training certificate

Our company uses the "service certification examiner general knowledge training course" confirmed by CCAA, and the trainees who participate in the training course can obtain the service certification examiner general knowledge training certificate and commodity after-sales service professional knowledge training certificate confirmed by CCAA after evaluation (the training course organizes course examination on site, and can register the commodity after-sales service certification examiner after passing the examination)
6、 Registration requirements
After the trainees who participate in the general knowledge training course for service certification examiner and the professional course training for commodity after-sales service certification examiner pass the training evaluation examination of our company, they can apply for registration of service certification examiner with the training certificate. When registering, they also need to meet the relevant requirements of CCAA examiner's registration criteria. For specific requirements, please refer to CCAA service certification examiner registration criteria.
（1） Education experience requirements
The applicant shall have a college degree or above recognized by the state.
（2） . work experience:
Applicants with a college degree should have at least 6 years of full-time work experience;
Applicants with a bachelor's degree should have at least 4 years of full-time work experience;
Applicants with master's degree or above should have at least 2 years of full-time work experience;
The senior examiner applicant shall have at least 8 years of full-time work experience;
Work experience shall be obtained in the technical, professional or management positions with judgment responsibility.
（3） . professional work experience
The examiner applicant shall have at least 2 years of professional work experience. Professional work experience refers to the work experience related to theory, technology, measurement, evaluation, management, etc. related to service provision. Professional work experience and work experience can occur at the same time.

7、 Registration method:

Please fax or email the application receipt to our company one week before the start of the training course. We will send a formal notice of check-in by letter. When checking in, you need to bring a copy of your ID card.
